Booking & deposit

A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued.

Cancellation charges depend on the number of days before departure and on non-refundable costs such as flights and permits.

Comprehensive travel insurance, including emergency helicopter evacuation for trekking, is mandatory.
